Ms. Qinqing Hilkert (Artistic Director/Conductor) graduated from Shanghai Conservatory of Music with Master of Music in Musicology–Conduction in 2011 and Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance in 2008. She then earned her second Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting at San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2013. Now she is a PH.D candidate of Music Arts in Orchestral Conducting at University of Minnesota. She served as an assistant conductor for San Francisco Conservatory of Music Orchestra and Opera theater in 2011, a Cover Conductor for Boston University Symphony Orchestra and Opera Institute in 2013. Now she served as a director/conductor of University of Minnesota Campus Orchestras and Assistant Conductor for University of Minnesota Symphony Orchestra and Opera Theater. She was a finalist for University Orchestra division and Honorable Mention for Opera/Operetta division at The American Prize in Conducting Competition in 2013.
